QUARK XPRESS XTENSION FIX PASTEBOARD

Currently, if a Quark document is saved while the Pasteboard Xtension is
installed, no one else can later open that document unless they have the same
Xtension.  Anti-Pasteboard removes this requirement for the Pasteboard Xtension
and saves the document so that anyone can open it.

Install this file into your Quark Xtensions folder and remove the Xtension named
"Pasteboard XT."  You and subsequent users of your documents will no longer need
to have the Pasteboard Xtension installed.
